For the remainder of the 20th, your character will have sneezing fits and feel aching and sore, as if they'd caught a cold. If your character wipes their nose at any point, they may feel as if the flesh and cartilage is gone and will instead touch bone - although their face will appear normal. This feeling extends to others as well, and if your character touches them, even if they look normal, they will feel bony as if their flesh is gone. ]
